Digital service: an agentic routing/analytics layer integrating third-party generative providers. Media are generated/hosted by providers; Trond AI stores minimal metadata and your feedback ratings.

Pricing, taxes, and fees

Prices are shown before purchase and may include a premium over provider compute costs. Taxes/VAT may apply. Any renewals or credits are disclosed at checkout.

Right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regs)

If you are a consumer and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply, you may cancel within 14 days from the day after purchase unless you asked us to start the digital service immediately.

If you request immediate start and full performance begins, you may lose the 14-day right to cancel. Where cancellation is available, we will refund payments for the unused portion of services.

Service quality (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

Digital services must be performed with reasonable care and skill. If not, you may be entitled to repeat performance or a price reduction. Remedies may be limited where issues arise from third-party services outside our control or your breach of the Terms.

How to cancel (where available)

Email info@trondfilms.com with your order details. Refunds (if due) are processed to the original payment method without undue delay and within 14 days of confirmation, less permitted deductions for services already performed at your request.
