What we collect

• Account: email, password hash, country, billing info (via payment processor).
• Routing metadata: model name, modality, latency, cost, risk, timestamps, and a hash of your prompt (we do not store raw prompts by default).
• Feedback: ratings (0–1 or stars), optional tags, anonymised user ID.
• Technical: IP address, device/browser data, logs for security and performance.
• Media: we reference provider URLs for display; we do not permanently store media files.

Why we use it (lawful bases)

• Contract: provide Services, billing, account management.
• Legitimate interests: protect the service, prevent abuse, improve routing/quality from metadata and feedback.
• Consent: optional analytics cookies or marketing.

Sharing and transfers

We use processors (hosting, database, analytics, logging, email, payments). Providers (e.g., fal.ai) receive prompts/media directly as part of your request and are independent controllers/processors under their terms. We may transfer data outside the UK/EEA using appropriate safeguards (e.g., UK IDTA/SCCs).

Retention

Accounts/billing: per tax/audit rules (typically 6 years UK). Routing metadata & ratings: retained to improve the Services and periodically aggregated/minimised. Logs: short retention unless needed for security or debugging.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. You can withdraw consent where applicable. Contact info@trondfilms.com. You may complain to the UK ICO.

Security

Encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege, and periodic reviews. No method is perfect; use strong, unique passwords.

The Services are for users 18+.
